「できタップ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、子ども向けの朝・夜のしたくトラッカーです。本アプリは利用者のプライバシーを最優先に考えて設計されています。
本アプリは、いかなる個人情報も収集・送信・共有しません。
カードのアイコンや名前、設定した画像（写真）などのカスタマイズ内容は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。保存には、アプリ内のローカルストレージまたは端末上のアプリ保存領域が使用されます。これらのデータが端末の外に送られることはありません。アプリを削除すると、保存内容も端末から削除されます。
本アプリでは、カードの裏面画像やクリア画像を利用者が変更できるようにするため、利用者の操作により端末内の写真または画像ファイルを選択できる機能があります。
本アプリが写真ライブラリ内の画像を自動的に取得・閲覧・収集することはありません。利用者が選択した画像は、本アプリ内で表示する目的のみに使用され、端末内にのみ保存されます。
選択された画像が当方のサーバーまたは第三者に送信されることはありません。また、当方が画像の内容を閲覧、分析、共有することもありません。
本アプリは、第三者の分析ツールや広告SDKを一切使用しません。
本アプリには、機能を追加で解放する任意の買い切り（App内課金）があります。購入手続きは Apple（App Store）を通じて行われ、本アプリが支払い情報やその他の個人情報を取得・保存することはありません。お子さまが利用する場合は、保護者の管理のもとで購入を行ってください。
本アプリのデータはお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーへのバックアップや端末間の同期は行われません。そのため、次のような場合に保存データが失われることがあります。
保存データの安全性は、お使いの端末自体のセキュリティ（パスコードなど）に依存します。端末が第三者に利用された場合など、当方が関与できない範囲での閲覧・改変を防ぐことはできません。
本アプリは、提供時点の状態で利用できるものとして提供されます。当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じたいかなる損害（保存データの消失を含みます）についても、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。大切なデータは、端末のバックアップ機能等でお客様ご自身にて管理いただくようお願いします。

DekiTap (the "App") is a morning and bedtime routine tracker for children. The App is designed with privacy as the top priority.
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
Customizations such as card icons, labels, and selected images or photos are stored only on your device. The App may use local storage or the App's on-device storage area for this purpose. These data are not sent outside your device. Deleting the App removes this data from your device.
The App allows users to select photos or image files from their device in order to customize card-back images and completion images.
The App does not automatically access, view, or collect images from your photo library. Images selected by the user are used only for display within the App and are stored only on the device.
Selected images are not transmitted to our servers or to any third party. We do not view, analyze, or share the contents of those images.
The App does not use any third-party analytics tools or advertising SDKs.
The App offers an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are handled by Apple (the App Store); the App does not collect or store any payment information or other personal data. If a child uses the App, purchases should be made under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
The App's data is stored only on your device. It is not backed up to our servers and is not synced across devices. As a result, stored data may be lost in cases such as:
The security of stored data depends on your device's own protections (such as a passcode). We cannot prevent viewing or alteration by others if your device is used by a third party or otherwise compromised.
The App is provided in the state it is in at the time it is made available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, including loss of stored data, arising from the use or inability to use the App. Please keep your own backups of important data using your device's backup features.
