本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「できタップ」（以下「本アプリ」）の提供者（以下「当方」）が提供する本アプリおよび関連サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。ご利用の前に本規約に同意いただく必要があります。
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する当方と利用者との間の一切の関係に適用されます。本アプリは主に保護者の管理のもとで、お子さまと一緒にご利用いただくことを想定しています。
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません。
利用者が本アプリ内で設定した画像・名前・アイコン等のデータは、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます（詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください）。
利用者は、本アプリ内で画像を設定する場合、自己または家族が撮影した画像、自己が権利を有する画像、その他個人的・家庭内の範囲で適法に利用できる画像を使用するものとします。
利用者は、第三者の権利、プライバシー、名誉その他の利益を侵害する画像、または法令・公序良俗に反する画像を使用してはなりません。
当方は、利用者が設定した画像等の内容について確認、保存、送信または管理を行いません。
本アプリは、提供時点の状態で利用できるものとして提供されます。当方は、本アプリがすべての端末・OS環境で常に正常に動作すること、利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、または不具合が一切ないことを保証しません。
本アプリのデータは利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーへのバックアップや端末間の同期は行われません。そのため、アプリや端末上の保存データの削除、端末の紛失・故障・初期化・機種変更、OSやストレージの仕様・容量制限などにより、保存データが失われることがあります。大切なデータは、端末のバックアップ機能等でお客様ご自身にて管理してください。
本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じたいかなる損害（保存データの消失を含みます）についても、当方は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本アプリおよびその関連コンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。本アプリの利用に関して紛争が生じた場合、法令に定める裁判所を管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "DekiTap" (the "App") and related services provided by the App's provider ("we", "us"). You must agree to these Terms before using the App.
These Terms apply to all relations between us and users regarding use of the App. The App is intended to be used primarily under the supervision of a parent or guardian, together with children.
Users must not, in using the App:
Data such as images, labels, and icons set by the user in the App are stored only on the user's device (see our Privacy Policy for details).
When setting images in the App, users must use images taken by themselves or their family members, images for which they own the necessary rights, or other images that may be lawfully used within a personal or household scope.
Users must not use images that infringe the rights, privacy, reputation, or other interests of any third party, or images that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
We do not review, store, transmit, or manage the contents of images or other data set by users.
The App is provided in the state it is in at the time it is made available. We do not warrant that the App will always operate properly on every device or OS environment, that it will fit any particular purpose of the user, or that it will be entirely free of defects.
The App's data is stored only on your device and is not backed up to our servers or synced across devices. As a result, stored data may be lost due to deletion of the App or its on-device data, loss, failure, reset, or replacement of your device, or OS or storage limitations. Please keep your own backups of important data using your device's backup features.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, including loss of stored data, arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and its related content belong to us or the respective rightful owners.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court as determined by applicable law.
